Blogging Troubles!!

I promise I haven't been neglecting my blog!  I downloaded Norton Anti Virus a couple of weeks ago and ever since I did, I have not been able to upload any picture to my blog.  I have contacted tech support, but still can't figure out what is going on.  So frustrating!!!
