The third week of July the Joneses came down to visit us. They brought their new Cougar trailer and "camped out" in our driveway for the week!
Bryan and Zach ran to the store for a few things and Bryan brought the kids back a very special treat...
Tuesday morning we started out in the backyard to test out Olivia's new swing set she got for her birthday (a little early)...
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these videos of the kids swinging. Olivia laughing, Jack and Charlie shouting "wee!", and Charlie getting so excited he started making Tasmanian Devil noises!!
We also spent a long time feeding the chickens...
The kids took a little rest in our room on our bed and watched a movie...
These two peas in a pod decided they'd like to have some fun jumping in Olivia's crib...
Then we headed over to the middle school for a walk and some track practice...
Wednesday we started off in the backyard again. Only this time we set up the bounce house Charlie got for his birthday. The kids bounced and bounced and bounced...

By the afternoon it was mighty toasty out so we hooked up the sprinkler and I started blowing up water balloons for the kids. At first Olivia just sat and watch, but it didn't take her too long before she joined in on the fun...
Thursday we headed over to Baxter Barn in Fall City. Zach's old neighbor Corey has worked really hard over the last few years restoring the farm. It is amazing and he was really good with the kids...
My sister and I stopped for coffee, but somehow it ended up in these two's hands...
Then we were off to this giant playground in Issaquah. Olivia slept through the whole thing and didn't wake up until we got home...
I LOVE this picture. Auntie Mary got Olivia this awesome table for her birthday. Emily collected some books and decided to have some quiet time reading outside...
While these two little rascals got down and dirty in the chicken coop...
Emily had been asking all week to go to the BIG DADDY park (Fall City Elementary) so Thursday evening we headed down there to play...
Charlie is such a little dare devil! He kept climbing the dome thing (I don't know what they're called). When he got to the top he would try to jump down the middle...
Olivia spent a lot of time practicing walking...
That evening Zach and Bryan went up to Band Practice in North Bend so Olivia and I hung out in the trailer with the Anne and the kids until bedtime...
Friday was great because both Zach and Bryan were home all day!! Bryan had been attending classes all week for his doctoral program and Zach had been working. The kids were so excited they dog piled Anne and Bryan!
We spent a lot of the day Friday getting ready for Olivia's 1st birthday on Saturday. By the afternoon we took a little break and did some bike riding and roller skating around the neighborhood...
Emily had some great moves on her new roller skates...

Behind Charlie's head in this picture is my childhood blankie. My sister redid the filling and sewed it all back together for me!
Saturday afternoon we celebrated Olivia's 1st birthday...
