My sister's whole family, except Charlie, my mom and I all have September birthdays. We also have a grandpa, cousins, and an uncle with a birthday in September. We usually do a celebration birthday dinner at Anthony's, our favorite restaurant, to celebrate but decided that with all the young kids this year we'd just formally celebrate Emily and Jack's.
